Galactic Hunter got ahold of some of the Revenge Of The Sith basic Collection 1 figures and provides some great pictures of all the details.

While a week or so old by now, I just now stumbled across the images and thought I'd share the news with any interested collectors around here. While Galactic Hunter doesn't yet have a hand on all of the basic collection figures, they do provide 16-18 shots of the following figures, from which you can click to see the images:

The other figures included in this collection but not yet having images available are in the list that follows, but I would count on GH getting them in very soon.

Spring 2005 & ROTS Lines Announced

Recently Hasbro, the popular toymaker famous for their Star Wars figures and toys, announced to toy stores across the globe their new line of figures for Spring of 2005. Also the first wave of the Episode III line has been announced.

Caution: spoilers!

The announced toys were Padmé in her Episode I celebration scene; Rabé, Padmé's loyal handmaiden who also appears in Episode I; Sly Moore, Palpatine's assistant in Episode II; Yarura, a Wookiee senator; and Pablo-Jill, who made an appearance in Episode II.

Also, the first wave of the Revenge of the Sith line has been announced. This hot new line includes General Grievous, as seen in the Clone Wars TV series, an astromech droid that has yet to be announced, General Tarfful, a Wookiee warrior on Kashyyyk, and Tion Medon: a caretaker of an as-of-yet unnamed planet.


Both of these sets are scheduled to be released in Spring 2005.
